Supply Chain Manager - Confidential (Lumphun)

Responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain operations

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, from demand planning to customer delivery
• Develop and execute supply plans aligned with S&OP and business objectives
• Manage inventory levels to optimize service, cost, and working capital
• Oversee procurement activities and strategic supplier relationships
• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and service level agreements
• Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost) and drive improvements
• Coordinate production planning with internal plants and external manufacturers
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including freight cost optimization
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Quality, and R&D teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma principles
• Lead supply chain digitalization and ERP optimization initiatives
• Track, report, and improve key supply chain KPIs
