A leading organisation in Bangkok is seeking a Marketing Manager – Beverage (FMCG) to drive growth and visibility for its beverage portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives, ground activations, and digital campaigns within a dynamic and collaborative marketing team.

You will work across brand, online, and partnership functions to deliver impactful marketing programmes, strengthen connections with active lifestyle communities, and elevate brand presence both on-ground and online. What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the beverage portfolio
  • Lead ground activations including events and consumer engagement activities
  • Manage core product or portfolio initiatives to drive brand growth
  • Collaborate with sales, online, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Manage relationships with organisations, influencers, and media partners
  • Drive campaigns across social media, content, and online platforms
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis and reports
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the beverage sector
  • Support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure all marketing activities meet compliance and ethical standards
