Head of Marketing – Personal Care (FMCG) Location: Bangkok Salary: Competitive and based on experience

A leading global organisation in the personal care industry is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing – Personal Care to lead the marketing strategy for key categories including body care, sun care, and lip care in Thailand.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand growth, shape market strategy, and lead a high-performing marketing team. You will work closely with both local and international teams to identify new market opportunities, strengthen brand presence, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

  • Lead marketing strategy for well-known personal care brands in Thailand

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive innovation and brand growth

What you'll do:

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for body care, sun care, and lip care categories in Thailand.

  • Identify market opportunities and consumer insights to drive sustainable brand growth.

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.

  • Lead portfolio planning and harmonisation to improve operational efficiency across brands.

  • Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure local market relevance in innovation and communications.

  • Manage new product development validation and launch plans for the Thailand market.

  • Own and lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and A&P management.

  • Collaborate with media and digital agencies to develop effective and optimised marketing campaigns.

  • Oversee execution of marketing initiatives including product launches and precision marketing programs.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team of up to five members, setting priorities and supporting their professional growth.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Brand or Product Management within multinational FMCG companies.

  • Strong experience managing multi-category product portfolios.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Proven project management capability and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written).

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
