What you'll do:

As Product Manager Dental, you will play a central role in shaping how innovative dental technologies are brought to market in Thailand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span from developing strategic marketing plans that align with both local needs and broader regional goals to executing high-impact campaigns that drive awareness among general practitioners. You will be responsible for ensuring all communications—whether digital or traditional—are compliant, engaging, and tailored for maximum effectiveness. By providing sales enablement tools and delivering professional education sessions, you will empower colleagues across the business to achieve outstanding results. Building relationships with key opinion leaders will allow you to amplify brand presence at clinical events while your analytical skills will be put to use tracking market trends and campaign performance. Success in this role means being highly organised, detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and committed to fostering collaborative relationships throughout the organisation.

  • Lead the downstream marketing strategy and execution for dental technology products within the General Practitioner channel in Thailand, ensuring alignment with both local leadership and regional marketing teams.
  • Develop annual and long-term strategic plans under the guidance of the Associate Marketing Director, supporting new initiatives from initial planning through launch and post-launch review.
  • Manage pricing structures, commercial programmes, and ensure all professional marketing activities are executed efficiently within allocated budgets.
  • Drive both internal and external communications for product launches, software updates, promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives—adapting global collateral to meet local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee digital and traditional communication channels including EDMs and advertising campaigns to maximise reach and engagement among target audiences.
  • Equip sales teams with effective tools, materials, and professional education resources to enhance their capabilities across the entire product mix.
  • Develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advocates, and thought leaders while coordinating clinical events to elevate brand visibility within the GP channel.
  • Collaborate with agencies to maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints while managing event logistics in line with stakeholder expectations.
  • Design quarterly and annual promotional plans in partnership with regional teams; track programme effectiveness to ensure measurable business impact.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts by analysing trends, competitor activity, customer insights, integrating feedback into commercial solutions, managing A&P budgets for optimal ROI, and supporting audits.

  • At least five years’ experience in product management or strategic marketing roles within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences or consumer goods sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in professional (healthcare provider-facing) marketing environments where building trust-based relationships is essential.
  • Experience working within global or matrixed organisations; exposure to start-up or change-management settings is considered advantageous.
  • Advanced analytical skills enabling data-driven decision-making using tools such as SFDC (Salesforce), Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms is desirable.
  • Proven project management capability with a track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent initiatives from inception through completion.
  • Experience managing external agencies as well as understanding financial drivers behind key business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities combined with a collaborative approach that encourages teamwork across departments.
