What you'll do:

As Trade Marketing Director (Wholesale), you will play a vital role in orchestrating the seamless delivery of marketing operations within the Wholesale Business Unit. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing structured frameworks for campaign execution, ensuring all activities are aligned with broader brand strategies as well as commercial targets. By working hand-in-hand with cross-functional partners from Brand to Supply Chain, you will guarantee that every launch or promotion is meticulously planned and executed.

  • Oversee end-to-end marketing operations for the Wholesale Business Unit by establishing disciplined processes that drive consistent execution across all brands and product categories.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing execution frameworks, calendars, and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and efficiency throughout the business unit.
  • Align brand plans with commercial objectives by translating strategic priorities into actionable trade marketing initiatives that support both sell-in and sell-out activities.
  • Coordinate go-to-market planning efforts by collaborating closely with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery of key commercial projects.
  • Ensure market readiness for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and other critical commercial initiatives through meticulous planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate overarching brand strategies into detailed trade marketing activation plans that resonate with target audiences across various wholesale channels.

What you bring:

To excel as Trade Marketing Director Wholesale, you will bring proven expertise in managing complex marketing operations within wholesale or distributor-led environments. Your background should include hands-on experience overseeing multi-brand campaigns from conception through execution—ideally gained within sectors like FMCG or healthcare—where attention to detail and stakeholder coordination are paramount.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is required; an MBA qualification would be considered advantageous for this position.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in marketing operations, trade marketing or marketing execution roles within sectors such as optical products, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or healthcare-related industries is essential.
