A leading global beverage company is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the transformation of Thailand’s brand. This is a high-impact role focused on driving long-term brand growth through strong consumer insight, science-backed storytelling, and integrated 360° campaigns.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners in a supportive and inclusive environment that values learning, collaboration, and personal development.
What you'll do:

Develop and execute long-term brand strategy to drive growth and market leadership

Translate consumer insights into annual and quarterly brand plans

Lead 360° integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, and in-store
-
Own annual brand calendar including launches and equity-building initiatives
-
Align with global/regional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning

Collaborate with R&D, Innovation, Sales, Trade and Shopper Marketing for GTM execution

Manage agencies to deliver strong creative and media performance
-
Track brand health, campaign performance, and business KPIs to optimise results
-
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Manage marketing budget effectively and ensure strong ROI
What you bring:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 8 years’ experience in FMCG brand management
-
Proven track record in delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns
-
Strong commercial mindset with ability to turn insights into growth strategies

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
-
Data-driven and analytical, with strong performance tracking capability
-
Fluent in Thai and English

Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
