What you'll do:

As a Brand Manager – Food New Product Development based in Bangkok, you will be at the heart of shaping tomorrow’s menu innovations for a renowned global quick service restaurant group. You will immerse yourself in trend analysis, transforming insights into actionable product concepts that delight customers around the world. By managing projects end-to-end—from initial brainstorming sessions through rigorous testing phases—you will ensure every new item meets both creative aspirations and operational requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research and development, marketing, supply chain, and operations to conceptualise and deliver new food products from ideation through to market launch.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging consumer trends, competitor activity, and white space opportunities within the global quick service restaurant sector.
  • Develop compelling product concepts that align with brand strategy while meeting commercial objectives and customer expectations.
  • Oversee all stages of the new product development process, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained throughout.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and presentations for internal stakeholders to secure buy-in at each stage of development.
  • Monitor post-launch performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement of existing menu items.

  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with confidence presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
