What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end marketing and CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

• Manage and mentor the marketing and CRM team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture

• Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution

• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and KPIs to optimise performance and growth
