Head of Marketing – Resort

Salary: 180,000–200,000 THB
Location: Bangkok (Remote working available)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to join a growing resort business with operations across Bangkok, Samui, and Phuket. This role offers remote working flexibility and the chance to shape brand and marketing strategy within a dynamic, start-up–driven environment.

You will lead end-to-end marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance across multiple resort destinations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee digital marketing, campaigns, PR initiatives, and agency partnerships, while using data-driven insights to optimise performance. Regular visits to Samui and Phuket will allow you to stay closely connected to the brand and on-ground teams.

Key requirements include:

• Proven senior marketing experience within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Expertise in digital marketing, campaign strategy, and brand positioning

• Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable outcomes

• Fluency in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills
