A leading food and beverage company is seeking a Marketing Manager with strong experience managing core/mass FMCG brands, particularly those driven by Modern Trade (MT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT). This is a high-impact role where you will lead the brand’s commercial direction, build strategic marketing plans, and execute fully integrated campaigns—from consumer insight, to TVC production—through to in-market activation.
You will lead the brand’s commercial direction while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver plans grounded in data, consumer insights, and operational excellence. What you'll do:

Lead annual MKT and brand plans for a core/mass product portfolio with a strong focus on MT/LMT channels.

Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing communications (IMC) including TVC development, digital content, and in-store activation.

Translate brand purpose and positioning into actionable strategies across product, pack, price, promotion, and distribution.

Manage brand P&L and A&P budgets, ensuring investment efficiency and ROI.

Conduct post-campaign evaluations, tracking KPIs and using insights to optimise future plans.

Analyse Nielsen Retail Index, Kantar household panel, and internal data to drive evidence-based decision-making.

Lead consumer research projects (both quantitative & qualitative) to uncover insights for strategy, communication, and innovation.

Drive renovation-focused NPD (majority renovation > innovation), collaborating with R&D, CMI, and Supply Chain.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade MKT, Finance, Demand Planning, and external agencies to deliver cohesive commercial plans.

Stay ahead of emerging media and digital trends to elevate brand engagement.
What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 10+ years of FMCG brand or product management experience.

Proven success managing core/mass products and leading brand performance in MT/LMT channels.

Solid experience in E2E marketing communications, including TVC development (must-have).

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Nielsen, Kantar, and category/brand diagnostics.

Experience leading quantitative & qualitative consumer research.

A strong track record in renovation-driven NPD delivery.

Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal teams and external agencies.

Fluency in Thai and English.

Experience managing brand P&L, A&P budgets, and making commercially sound decisions.
