Join a leading global FMCG company as an International Marketing Manager, driving brand growth across China, Korea, and Southeast Asia. This role is perfect for a marketer who excels at blending strategy with hands-on execution, turning consumer insights into impactful market plans, and building strong partnerships with distributors and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead multi-market brand strategies to build equity and accelerate growth.

  • Develop 3–5 year international roadmaps aligned with global and regional priorities.

  • Identify new opportunities through market mapping, category analysis, and consumer insights.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Distributors, R&D, Supply Chain, and agencies to ensure seamless execution.

  • Adapt global campaigns for local relevance while protecting brand standards.

  • Oversee co-marketing plans, creative localisation, and A&P optimisation.

  • Drive innovation pipelines, packaging adaptation, and export-readiness.

  • Coach and develop Brand Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in international FMCG marketing with proven multi-market success.

  • Strong understanding of export markets, distribution models, and regulatory landscapes.

  • Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing agency partners.

  • Solid P&L understanding and confidence managing advertising budgets.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai; additional languages are a plus.

  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with frequent travel experience.
