What you'll do:

As Regional Marketing and Technical Manager – Feed Additive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of animal nutrition across Asia Pacific. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around guiding a talented team through complex commercial challenges while nurturing an environment where everyone feels valued. You will collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds—ranging from technical specialists in nutrition programmes to engineers driving automation—ensuring seamless integration of expertise into cohesive strategies. By leveraging your understanding of market dynamics and your ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, you will help deliver differentiated products that meet evolving customer needs. Success in this role means not only achieving ambitious business targets but also fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect, learning, and shared achievement.

  • Guide and support a multicultural team of technical experts and marketing professionals, encouraging open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that enhance market share for feed additives in swine, poultry, and ruminant segments across multiple APAC markets.
  • Oversee brand management activities including promotions, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs in Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond.
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure the successful launch of new products while maintaining a balanced product life-cycle from inception through maturity.
  • Collaborate with engineers specialising in AI automation for feeders to integrate innovative solutions into the product offering.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the industry to build trust-based relationships that support long-term business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions that align with organisational values of quality and innovation.
  • Support technical programme development by facilitating knowledge exchange between Dutch, Hungarian, Korean, and other regional experts.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the General Manager APAC, providing regular updates on performance metrics, strategic progress, and team development.

What you bring:

Your proven experience in managing diverse teams within the animal nutrition industry will be instrumental in this Regional Marketing and Technical Manager – Feed Additive role. You bring not only commercial acumen but also genuine empathy for colleagues’ perspectives—whether mentoring younger professionals or collaborating with seasoned experts from different cultures.   • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams within the animal nutrition or feed additive sector, showing sensitivity to cultural differences and age diversity.
  • Proven track record in developing commercial strategies that drive growth while balancing product life-cycles for maximum value creation.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition principles as they relate to feed additives for swine, poultry, or ruminants; experience in related fields such as animal vaccines is highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to build trust-based relationships with internal teams as well as external key opinion leaders.
  • Ability to oversee brand management activities including promotions, pricing strategy formulation, and campaign execution across multiple countries.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers or technical experts on integrating automation technologies into product offerings is desirable.
  • Capacity for analytical thinking when monitoring market trends or evaluating competitor activity without relying solely on deep technical expertise.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement through training opportunities or process enhancements that benefit both customers and colleagues alike.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills relevant to APAC markets are advantageous but not essential.
