What you'll do:

As Marketing Manager – Food Retail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence within the competitive food retail landscape. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with your team as you analyse market data, develop innovative campaigns, and implement strategies that drive both sales growth and customer engagement. You will be responsible for guiding the company’s marketing efforts in line with its vision while supporting your colleagues through shared learning experiences.

  • Establish brand positioning and consumer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions that align with market trends.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on all sales activities as well as brand initiatives, ensuring that selling strategies are implemented effectively across all channels.
  • Conduct thorough research into consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends in order to plan comprehensive marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Develop distribution channels and design effective sales promotion plans aimed at meeting or exceeding established sales targets within the food retail sector.

What you bring:

To excel as Marketing Manager – Food Retail, you will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles focused on brand management within the food industry. Your background should include hands-on involvement in developing successful marketing campaigns that have driven tangible results. You will possess advanced communication skills enabling you to connect with diverse teams while presenting complex information in an accessible manner.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field is required for this position.
  • At least five years of proven experience in brand management within the food business sector is essential for success.
