An exciting CMO (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the growing food retail based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field.
What you'll do:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction for our client's food retail business. You will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that both increases brand awareness and drives customer engagement. Your ability to build relationships with media and stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for monitoring all marketing campaigns, making improvements where necessary, and prioritising marketing projects.
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO

The ideal candidate for this Chief Marketing Officer position brings a wealth of experience in similar roles, with proven expertise in developing efficient strategies and business plans across all aspects of marketing. You have a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods, coupled with the ability to apply marketing techniques across both digital and non-digital channels. Your understanding of different business disciplines such as IT and finance will be crucial in this role.
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar role
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
