Our client is seeking a highly skilled APAC Product Strategy Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role is pivotal in managing product strategies, analysing market trends, and driving product development initiatives to support business growth. What you'll do:

As an APAC Product Strategy Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing product strategies that drive business growth. Your role involves conducting comprehensive market research, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and understanding customer needs. You will develop innovative product strategies that enhance our competitiveness in the market. Your responsibilities also include monitoring industry trends, leading SKU management, planning new product launches, developing promotional materials, coordinating product testing, collaborating with various teams, and supporting pricing strategies across different markets.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement product strategies to enhance product positioning and competitiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Lead SKU management and support price governance in collaboration with group companies.
  • Plan and manage new product launches, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
  • Develop sales tools and marketing materials to support product promotion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for product testing and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with the Japan market PICs to ensure product consistency and effective integration.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to align product strategies with business goals.
  • Support product positioning and pricing strategies across different markets.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the APAC Product Strategy Manager position brings a wealth of experience in product management or marketing. With a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field under your belt, you have spent at least five years honing your skills in these areas. Experience within the automotive industry would be beneficial for this role. A background in tyre manufacturing would give you a distinct advantage. Your strong analytical abilities coupled with critical thinking make you adept at project management. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with diverse teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or marketing.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Background in tyre manufacturing is a strong advantage.
