This role will be at the forefront of developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, leading product innovation, and driving brand growth across all channels. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a team and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the success of the skincare portfolio in the competitive OTC market.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Marketing - Consumer Healthcare, your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's OTC skincare portfolio. You will take charge of developing an innovative marketing strategy that aligns with current market trends and consumer needs. Your leadership will guide product development initiatives towards meeting consumer demands while capitalising on market opportunities. Regularly conducting market research will be key in identifying potential opportunities or challenges. Your strategic planning skills will be crucial in developing effective go-to-market plans that include product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. As a leader, you'll foster a supportive environment where your team can thrive while managing budgets efficiently to maximise ROI. Collaborating with various teams such as sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams will be essential in ensuring cohesive strategies for successful product rollouts.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and market share for the skincare portfolio.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
  • Oversee product development initiatives, ensuring new launches meet consumer demand and market opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful product rollouts.
  • Develop marketing materials and strategies that support the sales force in driving product adoption and growth.
