About the Brand Ambassador (bartender experiences) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/league table submissions.
The salary range is 60,000-80,000 THB + Bonus + Group Insurance
Key responsibilities:
As a Brand Ambassador with bartender experiences, your primary role will be to inspire, engage and educate consumers about our client's premium brands. You will support field sales teams and assist in planning and executing brand-led activations. Your responsibilities also include developing and facilitating the full Academy Masterclass Program. You will educate employees on product attributes, history, and usage while maintaining an active social media presence.
- Support Field Sales Teams & State Based Trade Activation Team.
- Assist Marketing with planning, coordinating, and executing brand led activations.
- Build & execute a best-in-class advocacy program for Academy.
- Develop, deploy, roll-out and facilitate the full Academy Masterclass Program.
- Educate employees on product attributes, history and usage.
- Maintain a social media presence that communicates with bartenders in your working area.
Key requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Brand Ambassador role brings a wealth of skills to the table. You have strong public speaking and presentation skills coupled with expertise in mixology. Your ability to create cocktail lists across all levels of the On Premise sets you apart from others. You can convey passion for our client's brands while demonstrating industry knowledge of local and international brands & competitors. Your understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media execution is essential.
