What you'll do:

As a Group Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's beverage portfolio. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of analysing market data, understanding consumer needs, and aligning these insights with the organisation's goals. Your expertise in managing sales targets and budgets will be crucial in driving product growth. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to develop comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with consumers. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration.

  • Analyse market trends and consumer needs to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop annual marketing plans, monitor performance, and continuously improve marketing activities based on performance metrics
  • Stimulate marketing activities and coordinate with internal and external departments
  • Manage sales targets, profit margins, and marketing budgets for the responsible product group
  • Participate in long-term marketing planning by studying consumer needs, market potential, financial feasibility, and sales channels
  • Collaborate with research teams to study consumer needs and explore new business opportunities
  • Work with various departments to support team goals and collaborate with agencies for integrated marketing activities

What you bring:

The ideal Group Product Manager has extensive FMCG brand management experience, ideally holding a master's degree in Marketing or a related field. You excel in analyzing, planning, and managing marketing activities and possess a deep understanding of content creation and online marketing channels. Proficient in Nielsen IQ tools, you adeptly interpret research data for marketing planning. With strong communication skills and fluency in English, you thrive as a leader in high-pressure environments.

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Brand Management within the FMCG sector
  • Proficiency in brand management techniques and strategies
  • Expertise in long-term marketing strategy planning
  • Ability to analyse, plan, and manage marketing activities effectively
  • Understanding of content creation and online marketing channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Nielsen IQ tools
  • Ability to interpret and apply research data for marketing planning
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
