About the Trade Channel Marketing (Super + CVS):

As the Trade Channel Marketing Manager, you will develop effective and create house strategies related shopper habits and customer customisation plan. You will enjoy bonus besides basic salary for this role.

This roles offer attractive base salary 120K THB + bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the channel demand creation strategies for Super & CVS channel and determine the right SPMS for its channel that required to understanding category visions and strategy, company's strategy and find opportunity to achieve sales target and win in Super & CVS channel
• Develop effective and creative in store activity
• Effectively manage Super & CVS channel in terms of price, activities and distribution to achieve desirable sales growth
• Develop monthly sales plan and priorities to support field sales to achieve SPMS goal and implement it excellence
• Coordinate and align direction and plan with marketing and sales organisation
• aximise and control Trade marketing budget to achieve sales SPMS with efficiency
• Develop the channel business development plan which in line with the strategy and implement it excellence to achieve business growth goal and drive the channel and concessionaire organisation to be professional organisation

A successful candidate must have minimum of seven -10 years of trade marketing related in FMCG industry.

Key Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related filed
• Business analytical skill, vision development skill, strategic think skill, leadership skill, people management skill, customer and category management development (CCMD)
• Project management and business planning, initiative and follow through, sales management, supervisory, coaching and team work
• Good planning, time management, commitment, focused, flexible, opportunity seeker, customer oriented
• Trade marketing management, project management, open trade business development, strategic development, people management and general management skill, leadership skills, people skill, strategic management
