Marketing and Sales Manager (Aesthetic or Supplement)

An exciting Marketing and Sales Manager (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected aesthetic centre brand based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the GM, this is a role for a Marketing and Sales Supervisor who is a leader in their field.

About the Marketing and Sales Manager Role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for defining a broad marketing and sales strategy, delivering the highest quality service. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/ league table submissions. The salary offered is THB80k - 100k per month + bonus + incentive + other benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business strategies to help the centre meet organisational goals
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
• Control quality and make development for each product or service being offered
• Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets
• Overseeing clinic operations and documents used within the organisation
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Identify new business opportunities for product and sales development - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Age 30 years old or above
• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
• Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic/Wellness at least two years
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently
• Service-minded and sales mindset
• Excellent written and communication in English skills
