Product Manager – Cardio-Metabolic

An exciting Product Manager – Cardio-Metabolic (x 2 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global pharmaceutical company brand based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. This is a role for a Product Manager – Cardio-Metabolic who is a leader in their field.

About the Product Manager – Cardio-Metabolic:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for develop and define marketing strategies. You will also take the lead in Implement/conduct marketing activities according to the plans. The salary range for this role is THB 80K – 110K per month + high incentive + provident fund + allowance + bonus + flexible benefit

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals for the assigned products
• Prepare and develop marketing objectives, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution
• Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development
• Analyses and defines customers and market requirements and trends
• Develop, implement and update product training and competitor information intelligence to sales force on an ongoing basis
• Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets
• Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products, and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives
• Develop methods of field-testing promotional programs to determine customer acceptance, evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the sales force
• Develops and maintains the contact with customers, sales force and channels for understanding their needs.
• Provide direction to educate and develop Product Specialist
• Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products
• Analyse and report market intelligence in a correct and timely manner

To succeed in the Product Manager – Cardio-Metabolic job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the marketing teams, cross borders both external and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, master degree in marketing, MBA is a plus
• Strong sales track record
• Sound understanding or qualifications in marketing related principles
• Good knowledge of computer-based programs including spreadsheets and graphics
• Comprehensive industry knowledge
