Market Activation Manager (Alcohol)

About the Market Activation Manager Role:

Reporting to the Head of Activation, you will lead in-market execution for one of the most respected alcohol brands. You will enjoy attractive base salary with bonus and provident fund for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works closely with regional team to develop strategies and identifies best practices to win in markets
• Leads local and regional level of all marketing initiatives and plans strategies in accordance with requirement from business unit
• Be the local contact person for the assigned brand, including but not limited to business, marketing, and creative matters
• Works closely with the local Brand team and collaborates with each region to identify the opportunity of the assigned portfolio in the next few years
• Understand country needs, define strategies and shares them with internal team

A dynamic and talented Market Activation Manager is required for this rewarding role.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• At least six years' of experience in marketing and commercial
• Strong brand management and digital marketing skill
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively at all levels within the region
• Passionate about their role and alcohol business
• Result oriented, detail oriented and flexible
• Experience in regional scope of work is required. At least three out of the last five years for Asia market is preferable
• Background in spirits and wine, beverage, or FMCG is preferable
• Fluent command of English is a need. Other languages (Mandarin / Korean / Japanese / Thai / etc.) are a plus
