Product Manager – Nephrology

An exciting Product Manager – Nephrology (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global pharmaceutical company brand based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. This is a role for a Product Manager who is a leader in their field.

About the Product Manager – Nephrology:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for develop and define marketing strategies. You will also take the lead in implement/conduct marketing activities according to the plans.
The salary range for this role is THB 80K – 100K per month + high incentive + provident fund + allowance + bonus + flexible benefit

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define marketing strategies and budget plans to support sales target achievement based on the company’s guidelines
• Implement/conduct marketing activities according to the plans and dynamic market with the measurement of ROI
• Provide market situation analysis, market intelligence, market research, and surveys to support key strategies
• Enhance product knowledge to customers and sales teams with educational programs, training, and presentation basis
• Strengthen and expand relationships with key customers
• Manage and plan for inventory on a monthly basis to ensure sufficient inventory
• Co-ordinate working with regulatory affairs and tender team
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

To succeed in the Product Manager – Nephrology job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the marketing teams, cross borders both external and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Extensive marketing experience (min. three to five years) in Nephrology portfolio
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales in ethical and clinic channel
• Experience in digital or e-Commerce marketing, a plus
• Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with others, both one-on-one and in a group to drive the business forward
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Windows, particularly MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good digital knowledge and ability to utilise digital toolkits and platform
