What you'll do:

As a Client Marketing Manager Luxury based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing campaigns that resonate with discerning clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve budget management, event planning, client engagement strategies, partnership development, media relations, operational reporting, and presentation creation. Success in this role requires you to be highly organised, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under tight deadlines.

  • Manage the allocation and utilisation of annual advertising and promotion budgets for corporate and key brands, ensuring all marketing activities remain within approved financial parameters.
  • Oversee the accurate submission of financial claims and reports, maintaining full compliance with internal policies and brand guidelines.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute event proposals in line with brand standards, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely approvals and seamless delivery.
  • Design and manage client gifting programmes, ensuring prompt delivery and precise inventory management for both corporate and brand gifts.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with credit card providers, identifying promotional campaigns that align with business objectives and drive engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets to secure complimentary insertions and value-added opportunities while ensuring adherence to media regulations.
  • Monitor the on-time delivery rate for all advertising and promotion initiatives, identifying areas for improvement to boost efficiency.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing activities against pre-defined KPIs, reporting outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

What you bring:
