• Optimise campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) to maximise ROI
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, conversion, CPA)
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content and messaging
• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in digital or performance marketing
• Strong analytical and optimisation skills
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
