CRM Manager – Beauty and Lifestyle Retail Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Bangkok

What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive CRM strategies aimed at increasing customer retention, nurturing loyalty, and maximising lifetime value by understanding the unique needs of each segment.
  • Design and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys including acquisition initiatives, retention efforts, reactivation plans, and engaging loyalty programmes that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Identify new opportunities for enhancing personalised communication by analysing behavioural data and tailoring targeted campaigns that speak directly to individual preferences.
  • Analyse customer data sets and purchasing behaviours to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions and support continuous improvement in engagement tactics.
  • Segment the customer database effectively to enable precise targeting for data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor key CRM performance metrics regularly to assess campaign effectiveness and optimise engagement strategies for better results.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee CRM campaigns utilising email, SMS, and other digital channels while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Manage marketing automation tools as well as customer database platforms to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, digital teams, retail staff, and spa operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Design exclusive loyalty programmes that offer unique benefits and develop special engagement initiatives specifically for high-value customers who contribute significantly to the brand.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in CRM management or similar roles focused on loyalty programmes or customer engagement within premium sectors such as luxury retail, beauty, wellness or hospitality brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse large volumes of customer data using advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Hands-on experience working with leading CRM platforms as well as marketing automation tools for campaign management across various digital channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English which enable you to connect effectively with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach that allows you to work seamlessly alongside marketing professionals, digital experts, retail staff members, spa operators, and e-commerce specialists.
  • A deep understanding of how personalised communication can enhance brand affinity coupled with a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Experience designing exclusive loyalty programmes or VIP initiatives that reward high-value clients with unique benefits tailored specifically for them.
  • Ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM activities while continuously optimising strategies based on real-time feedback from data analytics.
  • Familiarity with segmentation techniques used for targeting specific audience groups within large databases so as to maximise campaign relevance.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for staying up-to-date on emerging trends within the beauty industry as well as broader lifestyle sectors.
