Our client is seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Oncology. This role will be pivotal in driving commercial excellence and incentivisation, supervising IT for digital engagement and E-Detailing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and intelligence, with an emphasis on SFE and CRM. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to new product launches in the coming years.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Excellence Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive commercial excellence within the organisation. With a focus on Oncology, you will also have the opportunity to expand into CVS and IM sectors within 1-3 years. Collaboration will be key as you work with various teams across the organisation.
