What you'll do:

As a Customer Relationship Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's B2B relationships. Your primary responsibility will be developing effective CRM strategies that align with organisational objectives. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, analyse data for operational insights, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experiences. Your ability to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness will be crucial in driving continuous improvement. This role offers an exciting blend of strategic planning, creative thinking, and data-driven decision making.

  • Develop and implement B2B customer relationship marketing strategies to achieve company’s goals and objectives
  • Plan the B2B customer relationship marketing campaign for supporting clinic customers
  • Develop the CRM platform in alignment with the B2B objectives
  • Implement CRM activities in alignment with the CRM campaigns
  • Analyse data to provide insights into the operation, effectiveness, and productivity of each campaign
  • Develop marketing campaigns to attract new customers
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Business Excellence teams to improve the customer experiences
  • Monitor, evaluate, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Relationship Marketing Manager role brings a wealth of experience in CRM, particularly within the beauty, consumer health, skincare products, cosmetics, or FMCG industries. You will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful CRM campaigns and partnership programs. Your analytical skills will enable you to identify industry trends and develop unique campaign plans. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A service-minded attitude, optimism, responsibility, and quick learning abilities are also highly valued.

  • Bachelor’s degree: preferably in a CRM background or Master’s degree in marketing would be beneficial
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the CRM area in any one of the following industries: Beauty industry, Consumer-health, Beauty care, Skincare Products, Cosmetics, FMCGs
  • Proven track record i.e., CRM platform, CRM campaign, and partnership program will be much considered
  • Analytical skills desired to analyze industry trends and develop unique campaign plans
  • Strong presentation & communication skills to communicate with a broad team and persuasively communicate to the targeted market and the public
  • Able to work independently and also work well with a team
  • Service-minded, active, optimistic, responsible, fast learner
