Head of CRM (Retail)

An exciting Head of CRM (Retail) (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the top retailer based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field.

About the Head of CRM (Retail) Role:

You will be responsible for setting up plans, strategies and policies about customer relation management, to maintain current customers, attract new customers, along with product purchasers and tenants, to support business operations and gross sales effectively, aligning with objectives and business plans. The salary range for this role is THB 250K - THB 400K + fixed allowance + provident fund + insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design CRM and loyalty program based on insights from the opportunity identification and tracking team
• Coordinate with the omnichannel CRM team; omnichannel CRM team to be in charge of programs targeted to converting online customers to offline and vice versa
• Participate in setting up directions, policies, and strategies for development of marketing rules and processes to improve customer relation management effectively and ensure better organisational marketing operations compared to the opponents
• Lead and manage CRM strategies across the company to encourage customer retention and customer loyalty
• Make decision on the CRM platform structure to ensure effective work and capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
• Follow up analysis of customer touch points and data base, and market research, to align with targeted marketing activities, and maximise commercial opportunities
• Maximise customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability
• Oversee direct communications with customers through the CRM
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
• Keep up to date with current marketing trends to improve the performance of the team
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

To succeed in this role, you must have good English skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related filed
• Minimum five to seven years of responsible experience in related field and one to three years of team management
• Proven experience of leading a significant CRM change program
• Have strong knowledge in marketing, customer relations, and corporate image
• Have interpersonal skills
