Digital Go-to-Market / Marketing Manager (digital agriculture)

A world-leading crop nutrition and fertilization company is recruiting a Digital Go-to-Market Manager (x1 vacancy) in Thailand to join their team. In this Digital Go-to-Market Manager job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of digital growth.

About the Digital Go-to-Market Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside marketing directors. You will also take the lead providing direction to all go-to-marketing-related activities, including market research, market analytic, incubation, events management and directory/league table submissions.

The salary range for this role is THB90k - 120k per month + fixed bonus + insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and own end to end go to market strategy, marketing research for digital solutions, including test and learn potential new business models to support business objectives
• Work with product managers (digital solution) and user researchers to well-spoken clear proposition for each solution
• Identify and establish executable user pathways to the unit’s products and services across Thailand & International combining digital/offline and in-person channels as needed
• Track and measure conversion rates and economic performance at key gates. Contribute to the continuous improvement of user and channel partner satisfaction, retention and advocacy
• Manage budgets and external/internal resources

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of go-to-market strategy and be initiative to incubate digital transformation in nationwide.

Key Requirements:

• Hands on product marketing and user acquisition experience
• Comfortable with working as an individual contributor and being hands-on and understanding of digital/tech products at a reasonable level
• Commercial management experience
• Leadership skills to be a team builder
• Available to travel across country for market research and necessary occasion as required
