A leading global home appliance brand is looking for a Pricing & Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth and pricing excellence across Thailand and Vietnam.

This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with commercial, trade marketing, and global teams to optimise pricing, promotions, and trade investments—ensuring strong business performance and market competitiveness.

You will play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, enhancing trade spend effectiveness, and delivering actionable insights that directly influence commercial decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives across Thailand and Vietnam
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and business goals
  • Optimise pricing architecture using customer and competitive insights
  • Design and implement promotional strategies to maximise ROI
  • Co-create annual promotion calendars with Sales and Trade Marketing teams
  • Drive trade spend effectiveness through performance-based investment models
  • Apply customer segmentation to refine pricing and promotional approaches
  • Ensure pricing compliance across all channels in line with commercial policies
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support negotiations and decision-making
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and tools

What you bring

  • Strong experience in Revenue Growth Management / Pricing / Commercial Analytics
  • Background in FMCG, retail, or consumer-driven businesses
  • Proven track record in pricing strategy and trade spend optimisation
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business actions
  • Experience working with cross-functional and regional/global teams
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation and promotional effectiveness
  • Fluent in English
