Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Commercial Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute channel strategies that align with business goals, support marketing strategy implementation, and foster mutual understanding between affiliates. What you'll do:

As a Regional Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating global strategies into regional ones that align with business goals. You will take ownership of the Partnership program and Key Account Planning at a regional level. Your focus will be on expanding channels in high potential markets such as SEA, India, and Korea. Building strong relationships with Key Channel Partners will be crucial for understanding product and service requirements. You will actively communicate with colleagues, participate in meetings and events, prepare timely reviews, organise peer group meetings, and commit to service level agreements. Your role will also involve collecting market intelligence data from various sources, conducting market research, updating the database regularly, aligning CRM pipeline activities with the overall strategy by monitoring pipeline progress, organising and delivering market-related training activities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Commercial Manager role will have a degree in Marketing, Business, Science or Engineering related discipline. You should bring at least 8 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales field with a strong customer orientation. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English) are essential. A strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behaviours, cultural nuances is required. Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing strategies is key. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including social media content marketing SEO SEM email marketing is expected. The ability to develop and manage marketing budgets and track ROI of marketing initiatives is crucial. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and ability to interpret data to measure and optimize marketing performance is needed. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills will be highly valued.

  • Degree (Bachelor or above) in Marketing, Business, Science or Engineering related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales field with a strong customer orientation
