An exciting Customer Experience and Marketing Leader position has just become available at one of the most respected food retailer. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the Business Partner to Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team.
About the Customer Experience and Marketing Leader Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Customer Experience and Marketing Leader will play a key role in leading the overall customer experience in all touch-point areas.
- Responsible for activities that impact the in-store experience for customers
- Drive sales, customer satisfaction and Brand love through local store and other touch-point channels
- Lead efficient allocation and annual Local Store Marketing Budget
- Lead the execution for calendar activities including demand forecast
- Support and develop unique and powerful company culture
- Partner with Franchiser in the development and roll-out of programs and allocation of National Marketing Fund
- Establish a significant impact on new build and remodel program
To succeed in the Customer Experience and Marketing Leader job, you will need to understand retail business as well as have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with relevant functions.
- Male or Female; Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in related field
- At least five years of experience in marketing, brand leadership and consumer insight roles
- Experience working cross culturally in fast paced results driven organisation
- Experience in multi-site and retail business preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Work well in a fast paced and entrepreneurial style environment
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Thai
