What you'll do:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities
- Supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
- Producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organising them efficiently
- Monitoring progress and submitting performance reports
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organising the company's publications
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects as needed

The ideal candidate brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and new product development from the FMCG industry. You are known for your strategic thinking, ability to identify market opportunities, and your knack for leading teams towards success. Your extensive people management experiences have equipped you with the skills necessary to nurture talent, foster a positive work environment, and ensure high levels of collaboration within your team.
- Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role within the FMCG industry
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
