They are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the APAC region to stay ahead of marketing best practices, utilise changing technologies and applications, and promote their corporate brand as well as their product brands. This role involves delivering innovative and compelling marketing strategies across all digital platforms and traditional Marcom plans for each brand and full laundry concepts and solutions.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the APAC region, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's brand presence. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital strategies focused on building brand awareness, engagement, advocacy for their brands. Your expertise will guide the integration of interactive digital strategies with social media and mobile applications into experiential campaigns. You will also lead the development of your regional marketing team, instilling a strategic and efficient approach in all team members.

  • Develop near and long term approach to regional marketing plans and initiatives
  • Oversee management and direction of all marketing, communication, digital and branding needs of in-country and foreign entities
  • Execute regional yearly tactical plan with regional and local marketing resources and partner agencies.
  • Balance and align the needs, demands and vision of identified and emerging laundry market
  • Ensure team utilises proper scope, budget, and project management processes on all interactive projects developed with partner agency
  • Define the budget to support all initiatives, create follow-up dashboard for monthly budget report and forecast.

As the Senior Regional Marketing Manager - APAC, you bring a wealth of operational marketing experience to the table. Your understanding of 2-step distribution coupled with your exposure to multiple premier brands makes you an ideal candidate for this role. Your strong understanding of product development processes combined with your demonstrated expertise in developing sales tools sets you apart from others. Your ability to strategise effectively while simplifying complex problems is exactly what our client is looking for.

  • Minimum 10 years of Operational Marketing experience
  • Understanding of 2-step distribution
  • Experience with multiple brands/ premier brands
  • Strong understanding of product development process and leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing sales tools/competitive analysis
  • Skilled at strategy and able to bring simplicity to complex problems
