About the Head of Marketing (Retail) Role:

As the Head of Marketing (Retail) you will drive the category growth by creating new occasions, maximising accessibility and increasing consumption frequency. The salary offered is competitive with variable bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong annual marketing calendar that resonate with customers and enable brand to achieve budgeted target; regularly review and revise marketing programs and product range/menu to best suit customer & market conditions
• Taking care of large scale of PR, communication and commercial development
• Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations
• Develop and drive customer communication strategy and own the execution plan for each trade zone to increase brand penetration working closely with agency
• Manage and allocate media budget for retail activity and also leasing space concept
• Regularly monitor sales gap vs target and propose relevant LSM initiatives to close gaps
• Leverage social listening tools with proper feedback system to all customers
• Ensure proper allocation of marketing funds to deliver best ROI on marketing objectives
• Maintain good working relationship with all cross functional departments ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans

To succeed in the role of Head of Marketing (Retail) you will need to have a good experience in trade marketing preferably from retail industry.

Key Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related fields
• At least fifteen years' experience in directing and leading sales and marketing team. Prefer retail
• Strong commercial sense with good understanding digital platforms and media
• Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
• Strong drive for results and marketing strategy
• Innovative and strong people management skills
