Head of Marketing (Building Material)

A leading building material company is looking for a Head of Marketing (x1 vacancy) in Bangkok to responsible for overall marketing functions to secure company’s value and growth, as well as deliver results derived from Board of Director’s vision

About the Head of Marketing:

As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee marketing functions including strategic planning, corporate communications, business development, team building and manage budgeting. You will enjoy attractive base salary with bonus for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert company vision into strategic marketing direction
• Oversee marketing functions including strategic planning, corporate
• communications, business development, team building and management, budgeting
• Take responsibilities for the company’s growth and profitability
• Create brand equity and secure brand value through branding strategies
• Collaborate with related SBU to drive and maximise marketing program, such as
• working closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Prioritise marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
• Update and apply mar-tech and related tools to optimise digital experiences
• Work closely with top management, and prepare regular reports and presentations
• on marketing metrics for the Executive Committee

To succeed in the Head of Marketing, you will need to have an ability to work effectively and co-operative with other account managers.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
• Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior roles with strong performance recorded
• Solid knowledge in marketing (both traditional and digital) with broad perception of business perspective
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
• Outstanding leadership and management skills
• Proactive with can-do attitude, together with abilities to deliver results
• Growth-mindset
