E-Commerce Manager – FMCG
Salary: THB 100,000–180,000

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys building and scaling e-commerce operations from the ground up. You will lead the setup and development of all online channels, driving sustainable growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage all e-commerce channels from inception through execution and optimisation.

• Develop and implement online sales strategies aligned with FMCG market trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT.

• Manage platform performance, promotions, pricing, inventory, and customer experience.

• Oversee relationships with external vendors, logistics partners, and digital agencies.

• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience setting up and managing e-commerce channels, ideally within FMCG or a related sector.

• Strong understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour.

• Solid analytical skills with experience using performance data to drive decisions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset
