Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional E-Commerce Manager to join their team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver growth in the e-Commerce channel through the development and implementation of growth drive initiatives. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the top-line and bottom-line growth of the zone, responsible for supporting in building the APAC plan and aligning business plans with top eCom customers and distributors. What you'll do:


As a Regional E-Commerce Manager, your primary responsibility will be to deliver growth in the e-Commerce channel through the development and implementation of growth drive initiatives. You will support the Regional Manager in developing the ecommerce Business plan, identifying key levers to grow the business. You will also manage channel budgets, monitor market activities, communicate directly with top eCom customers, and participate in negotiations with customers alongside distributor teams.


* Support Regional Manager in developing the ecommerce Business plan
* Develop and implement Business Plans for TOP Countries & Customers
* Manage channel budget (Own channels and distrobutors)
* Regular monitoring and analysis of market activities and competitor's actions
* Direct communication and negotiation with TOP eCom Customers
* Participation in negotiation with Customers with distributors team


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Regional E-Commerce Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in e-commerce sales and commercial related roles. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in distributor management or key account management within a strong multinational FMCG company. Your high knowledge of the e-commerce channel and top customers, particularly in Asian markets, will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, your strong negotiation skills, ability to forecast volume, plan and monitor budgets, as well as your trade marketing experience will be highly valued.


* 5 years relevant experience in e-Commerce sales & commercial related roles
* 1-2 years experience in Distributor Management, Key account Management ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company
* High knowledge of the e-Commerce channel & TOP Customers, preferred Asia markets
* Negotiation skill
* Volume forecasting
* Budget planning and monitoring
* Trade marketing experience
* Analytical and presentation skills
