With a focus on skincare and personal care brands, this role offers the opportunity to handle Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across Mega, Macro, and Micro levels.

What you'll do:

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's image through strategic influencer partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be managing relationships with KOLs across various levels. You will develop and implement innovative influencer strategies that resonate with current market trends. Additionally, you will work closely with agencies to define roles, measure reports, audit progress, and evaluate campaign performance. Staying abreast of the latest social media trends will be crucial to your success in this role. Furthermore, you will manage a content calendar focusing primarily on influencer management.

  • Handle KOLs across Mega, Macro, and Micro levels.
  • Develop and implement influencer strategies in line with current trends.
  • Define agency roles, measure reports, audit progress.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated with current trends across all social media channels.
  • Manage content calendar with a focus of 20% on content creation and 80% on influencer management.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Influencer Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing influencers at various levels. You have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective brand strategies that align with current market trends. Your experience working with agencies has equipped you with the skills to measure reports, audit progress, and evaluate campaign performance effectively. You are always up-to-date with the latest social media trends and understand how to leverage these for brand growth. Your ability to manage content calendars effectively sets you apart from others. Lastly, your strong operational experience enables you to navigate through challenges seamlessly.

  • Proven 5-7 years' experience in Influencer Management, Social Media Management Campaign across FMCG products.
  • Strong understanding of Brand Strategy development and implementation.
  • Experience working with agencies and measuring campaign performance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends.
  • Ability to manage content calendars effectively.
  • Strong operational experience.
