Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of their holistic digital marketing and communication strategy. This role offers the opportunity to enhance brand aspiration, image, and equity while driving sales conversion and market shares across both online and offline channels. The successful candidate will be at the heart of developing content, influencer, and communication strategies.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand's image, aspiration, positioning, and equity. You will define the right balance between digital and traditional elements in our overall PR mix. Your role includes identifying suitable digital influencers for our brand, managing these relationships effectively, planning and executing communication campaigns that align with our business goals. You will also lead our brand's digital marketing activities to ensure a consistent brand experience for our consumers. Your role extends to planning and executing various digital campaigns including email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising campaigns to raise product awareness.

  • Develop content, influencer, and communication strategy for the brand to drive brand image, aspiration, positioning, and equity
  • Define the right ratio of digital-traditional in the overall PR mix
  • Identify the Brand’s digital influencers with the right relevance and “fit” for brand
  • Manage the Brand’s influencer relationships and optimize earned media activities
  • Plan and execute communication campaign to reach business goals and KPIs with cost efficiency
  • Lead Brands’ digital marketing and paid media activities to create a consumer focused and consistent brand experience
  • Plan and execute Digital Campaign, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns to raise product awareness
  • Develop the Brand’s digital calendar and campaigns
  • Partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal results for the brand
  • Ensure all consumer facing programs/offers are consistent with the omnichannel expectations of consumers

What you bring:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields
  • At least 5 years of direct experience in digital marketing or marketing communications or from digital agency
  • Direct experience in marketing in beauty cosmetics products or luxury brands are preferred
  • Detail oriented and creative mindset is essential
  • Dynamic personality with systematic approach towards tasks
  • Ability to perform multi tasks, meet deadlines, with strong time management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Thai
