Social Manager

An exciting Social Manager (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global FMCG brand based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Brand General Manager, this is a role for a Marketing Specialist who is a leader in social media management and KOL/Influencer driving in their field.

About the Social Manager Role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for defining a broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities on social media platform.

The salary range for this role is THB80k - 100k per month + provident fund + allowance + bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize brand communications plan including channels planning, KOLs strategy, media, and brand partners relationships to drive traffic to E-Commerce and generate engagement
• Manage all of the brand’s social media platforms (ie. TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, IG, Website) with the help of agency partner
• Livestreaming planning and management in all channels, lead and produce a LIVE session with agreed KPI
• Brand contents development for social media platforms, E-Commerce, and brand websites
• Manage consumer complaints/response management promptly.

To succeed in the Social Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the senior business development teams, cross borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree at minimum; Prior experience in PR, Fashion or e-commerce platforms is preferred
• Excellent command of English (able to independently work with zone, DMI and present to management team)
• Excellent skill in MS Office and social media platform backend
