An exciting CMO (Financial Services) (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected financial securities firm. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a role for a digital marketing candidate who is a leader in their field.

About the CMO (Financial Services) Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the the strategic marketing direction, oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.

The salary range for this role is THB250k - 350k per month + provident fund + insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the holistic marketing strategy and execution and implementation across marketing channels
• Familiar with performance digital marketing and tracking analysis tracking across marketing channels to reflect the campaign objectives and KPI
• Identify short-term and long-term plan and budget for all offline marketing activities
• Guide and coach the marketing team to execute the best possible marketing campaigns that align with business needs and market trends
• Plan and manage campaign execution online/offline for all new vertical businesses
• Develop strategic marketing plan and brand promotion to align with company vision. Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaign results and continuously optimise spend and performance against targets

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field. Master’s is preferred
• Thai nationality only
• Experience in marketing / brand marketing with experience managing a team
• E-commerce, fintech, retail, or FMCG experience is highly preferred
• Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Proven record of good leadership and management of a team
• Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organised with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to create local campaigns relevant for local consumers
• Thai national is preferred with fluency in English
