What you'll do:

As a Marketing Communication Manager – Education based in Rayong, you will play an instrumental role in shaping how families perceive and engage with the school. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences while ensuring seamless coordination between digital efforts such as SEO/SEM and traditional outreach like events or PR. By analysing data trends and monitoring KPIs related to admissions or sales targets, you will identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining open lines of communication with both internal teams and external partners. Success in this role means not only achieving ambitious enrolment goals but also fostering positive relationships with parents through attentive service delivery. You will guide a small but dedicated marketing team member while reporting directly to the Head of School—ensuring all initiatives are aligned with broader institutional priorities.

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans that align with the school’s vision and drive admissions growth across local and international markets.
  • Coordinate SEO and SEM campaigns by working closely with external agencies to maximise online visibility and generate high-quality leads from prospective parents.
  • Analyse current marketing trends, monitor campaign performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies for greater effectiveness.
  • Plan, organise, and execute engaging events and public relations activities that enhance the school’s profile within the community and among target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital platforms, print materials, social media, and events.
  • Build strong relationships with parents by providing timely information, addressing enquiries with empathy, and nurturing trust throughout the admissions process.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to admissions targets and sales objectives, preparing regular reports for senior leadership on progress against goals.
  • Oversee one direct report within the marketing team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional development.
  • Work under the direction of the Head of School to ensure all marketing initiatives reflect institutional values while meeting strategic objectives.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing successful marketing communication strategies within an educational or service-oriented environment is essential for this position.
  • Proven ability to coordinate SEO/SEM campaigns in partnership with agencies or vendors to drive measurable lead generation outcomes is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills are required for interpreting market trends, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent event planning abilities combined with hands-on experience managing public relations activities aimed at enhancing organisational reputation are important assets.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales/admissions KPIs through effective pipeline management demonstrates your results-oriented approach.
  • Experience supervising junior staff members or collaborating within cross-functional teams highlights your commitment to shared success.
