Our client is seeking a Marketing Excellence Specialist to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:

As a Marketing Excellence Specialist, your role will be pivotal in driving the effectiveness of the marketing team. You will take ownership of the marketing tech stack, working diligently to maintain and improve it.

• Identify, design, and document scalable processes for the marketing team
• Serve as the project manager for integrated campaigns
• Set-up 'Marketing performance dashboard' and monitor performance
• Develop measurement plans containing benchmarks and goals for each program or campaign
• Maintain and improve our marketing tech stack
• Support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead-gen management process
• Work closely with Business Operations to ensure seamless data syncing

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Excellence Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in Tech marketing, Loyalty partnership, and Sales promotion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Technology Management (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• At least 5 years of experience in Tech marketing, Loyalty partnership, and Sales promotion
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketplace or E-Commerce
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from marketing data
• Good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a desire to improve processes
