What you'll do:

As a Marketing Specialist based in Bangkok, you will play an integral role in driving the success of B2C channel marketing initiatives across a dynamic retail network.

  • Develop and implement B2C channel marketing strategies designed to increase traffic, boost sales volumes, and foster long-term customer relationships across retail sites in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into detailed nationwide and local site marketing plans by analysing customer behaviour, station performance metrics, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships with banks, non-bank entities, loyalty platforms, and premium mechanics to encourage trial purchases and repeat business.
  • Plan activation calendars by coordinating campaign mechanics, managing budgets effectively, and ensuring all retail touchpoints are prepared for upcoming promotions.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of both national and local B2C promotional activities such as fuel discounts, giveaways, premium-with-purchase offers, loyalty initiatives, and seasonal programmes.
  • Optimise campaign outcomes by balancing volume growth with customer value while maximising margin efficiency through careful cost per litre analysis and promotion ROI evaluation.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and broader market trends to uncover fresh activation opportunities that keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee the quality, availability, logistics readiness, and smooth distribution of promotional items across all retail locations nationwide.
  • Track campaign performance using key metrics like sales uplift, participation rates, cost per litre, and ROI; reconcile monthly sell-out data with high financial accuracy; analyse results to inform future strategy.
