What you'll do:

As a Mid-Senior Associate in Corporate M&A, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on various legal matters.

* You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional legal documents.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Mid-Senior Associate position is someone who brings a wealth of experience from leading multinational firms and reputable Thai firms.

* You hold a degree in law from a reputable institution.

* You have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) from leading multinational firms and reputable Thai firms.

* You are fluent in both Thai and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

* You have proven experience in advising clients on M&A, capital markets, and corporate & commercial law.

* You possess excellent negotiation skills and can draft, review, and negotiate legal documents effectively.

* Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build and maintain relationships with clients.
