Paralegal

Paralegal Location: Bangkok Report to: Partner A internationally renowned firm is in quest for Paralegal (x1 vacancy) job. Reporting to the Partner, this is a role for an energetic and hard-working person who has a notable paralegal experience in Litigation and Corporate Law.

About this Paralegal Role:

In this role, you will closely work with the team to serve services regarding litigation and corporate matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a core member of a team that is international, multilingual, high-performing and friendly
• Support and assist member of the team with a wide variety of tasks
• Legal Research
• Drafting
• Document and Evidence Preparation
• Filings
• Other administrative matters

To perform in this role successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty adequately.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Law or higher
• An excellent academic record;
• 3+ years Paralegal experience
• Experience and a strong interest in working on disputes matters in a law firm environment;
• Experience in conducting corporate, land and court searches and relevant filings;
• Strong communication and time management skills;
• Strong Thai and English language skills
• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
• Enthusiasm and be a hard-working team-player
