What you'll do:

* Provide comprehensive legal advice to multinational corporations regarding their business operations in Thailand, ensuring all guidance is tailored to the unique needs of each client.

* Support mergers and acquisitions transactions from initial due diligence through negotiation and completion, ensuring compliance with Thai laws and regulations.

* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to safeguard client interests while maintaining regulatory compliance.

* Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

What you bring:

* You have 3-5 years of proven experience working in corporate or commercial law within an international or reputable local law firm setting.

* You are fluent in both Thai and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

* You have proven experience in advising clients on M&A, capital markets, and corporate & commercial law.

* You possess excellent negotiation skills and can draft, review, and negotiate legal documents effectively.

* Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build and maintain relationships with clients.
