What you'll do:

• Reviewing, advising on, negotiating and drafting comprehensive legal documents including sales and purchase agreements, letters of intent, non-binding offers, confidentiality agreements, memoranda of understanding and other transaction-related paperwork.
• Handling general corporate and commercial matters such as loan agreements, lease agreements, employment issues and jurisdictional considerations to ensure all business activities are legally sound.
• Structuring contracts and agreements that support new business models and emerging opportunities within the luxury real estate sector.
• Providing clear legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of topics including regulatory compliance, corporate governance and risk management.
• Managing claims, investigations, disputes and related litigious matters with sensitivity and professionalism to protect organisational interests.
• Overseeing statutory filings, maintaining corporate records and managing regulatory submissions in full compliance with Thai laws as well as international standards.
• Administering powers of attorney to ensure strict adherence to the company’s approval authority framework.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with external legal firms to secure expert counsel when required.
• Monitoring updates in regulations and promptly alerting impacted divisions or functions to ensure continued compliance.
